We are happy to discuss Landlords requirements from an Agent, and open to discussion to enable us to match their property with a prospective Tenant, as we have a main thoroughfare shop front we are in a good position to meet potential Tenants. CPM Edinburgh has been in business for around 3 years now, and we are going from strength to strength, and we are happy to supply references to Landlords and tenants. We can do Letting Only which sometimes suits the Landlords who are fine doing maintenance jobs etc, and we can find them a Tenant, or we can also offer a Letting and Management package, and we can sometimes do Management Fees as low as 8% depending on the property and possibly the portfolio, as we have clients who have given us their portfolio to manage, as they prefer to work with a more personalised team.
